2. Applicants holding Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement for staying in Hong Kong and Macao can apply again for Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement for staying in Hong Kong and Macao during the period of stay in Hong Kong and Macao or during the period of returning to the mainland, and the application will be accepted by the department accepting the original endorsement for staying in Hong Kong and Macao, or the Entry-Exit Visa Section of Shenzhen of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau or the Exit-Entry Visa Section of Zhuhai of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.

Application materials

1. Submit the completed "Application Form for Entry and Exit of Mainland Residents from Hong Kong and Macao" (fill in with a pen or felt-tip pen, not with a ballpoint pen), and submit two one-inch (48mm × 33mm) front-facing, crown-free, optical-surface color photographs with a blue background.

2. Submit the original identity card and family register (applicants under 16 years old only need to submit the family register; military personnel only need to submit proof of identity and submit a copy.

3. If you hold a valid two-way permit, please submit the two-way permit.

4. Those who notify the public security department to record their departure will submit their opinions according to the authority of cadre management. Other personnel do not need to submit opinions from their units or police stations.

5. Proof of these materials corresponding to the subject matter of the application:

(3) When working in Macao, the applicant must submit to the Macao Public Security Department, in the name of the applicant, the original of the "Application for the List of Non-local Workers' Identity Cards" issued by the Immigration Department, or the original of the authorization document issued by the Macao Secretariat of Social Affairs and Culture or the Secretariat of Economy and Finance, and submit a copy of the same.

Family members of the employee who wish to take up employment in Macao must submit the original of the approval notification issued by the Immigration Office of the Macao Public Security Police and submit a copy of the same. If it is necessary to apply for continuation of stay after the expiration of the stay endorsement, the original of the extension list approved by the Immigration Office of the Macao Public Security Police containing the name of the applicant or the original of the approval document issued by the Secretariat of Social Affairs and Culture or the Secretariat of Economy and Finance containing the name of the applicant must be submitted with a copy. Relatives of employees employed in Macao shall submit the original of the approval notice issued by the Macao Public Security Bureau of Exit and Entry Affairs and submit a copy.
