I am Monkey Xia Shengjie.Today I am going to share a few abs exercises.They are all my personal favorite abs workout.There are in total three exercisesLet's get started!The first exercise is the abdominal crunch.Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.You may adjust the reps based on your fitness level.

But it's recommended not to do less than 10 reps.The second exercise is the alternate heel touch.Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions.If you feel the reps are too many, you can reduce the number of repsto ensure each rep is executed properly.The third exercise is the jackknife crunch.3 sets, 10 reps.As it is the last exercise,I suggest you do lower reps.It's vital to complete every exercise with the correct form.We have finished the three exercises,as a result.my abdomen now aches slightly.Actually if the three exercises are done consecutively,the results will be better,as your total training intensity increases.
