Check the water cycle of the laser machine, if the water cycle, please turn off the power, check whether the pump or cooler plug has been plugged in.

B, check whether the ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If it is normal, it may be a problem with the laser tube, find a manufacturer to replace or repair it. If the ammeter is abnormal, it is a problem with the laser power supply, find a manufacturer to replace or repair it.

Third, the beginning of the use of all normal, the next day and then turn on no light

A, check the water circulation of laser cutting machine, water is normal.

b, check the laser cutting machine ammeter, press the “light“ to see if the ammeter pointer to play up, if it is below 5 mA, that is, the power supply is bad, looking for manufacturers to replace or repair.

C, if the ammeter doesn't move, check whether our laser switch is on. If it is, check whether the laser power indicator light is on. When it is on, press the absolute button on the laser power supply to see the current hand pointer. If the pointer has moved and is less than 5 mA, it means that the laser power supply is broken, or emphasize the maximum light intensity and minimum light in the software to 50%, and then press the ammeter pointer to 10-12 mA.
